The questions always come at the worst moment
At the ER desk, on a call with a new doctor, or when a sibling takes over for a week. The binder answers them before anyone has to ask.
Seven tabbed sections. Tap one to open it.
These are real pages from the binder, exactly as you'll receive them.
Organized — without becoming an identity-theft risk
Many binders ask you to write down everything. This one is careful about what it asks for. Every page records where things are kept — not the numbers themselves.
Start with one page. Build the rest at your own pace.
Start with Emergency Essentials
The Setup Checklist points you to the Emergency Summary and contacts first. A partly completed binder is still useful.
Gather, then fill
A list of what to have on hand — insurance cards, medication bottles, discharge papers — then fill in what you know.
Type it or print it
Click a box and type, then Save As. Or print at actual size and write by hand. Print spare copies of the logs first.
Review every six months
And after any hospital stay or medication change. The review record shows when it was last checked.
Built for real caregiving moments
Bonus: the 6-page Health Tracker Pack
Simple fillable logs for the everyday readings and changes worth keeping an eye on, in US Letter and A4. Keep them with the binder so every reading is in one place.
- Blood Pressure & Pulse Log
- Blood Sugar Log
- Weight & Appetite Log
- Signs of Pain or Discomfort, for when it's hard to say what hurts
- Bathroom & Continence Log
Made for
- Adult children managing a parent's care — near or far
- Siblings sharing caregiving who need one source of truth
- Spouses and partners keeping track of a growing list of appointments
- Anyone who has ever stood at a hospital desk and not known the answer
Honest about what it is
An organizer — not medical, legal, financial or insurance advice, and not a legal document. Listing a person here doesn't give them legal authority.
In an emergency, call 911 first. The binder helps you answer the questions that come next.
Dementia Caregiver Command Center
Behaviour logs, safety checklists, a safe-return profile and family handoff pages built specifically for dementia care.
Good to know
How do I fill it in on screen?
Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), click a box and type, then use Save As with a new name, such as "Binder – Mom". Some browser and phone viewers don't save typed entries, so a full PDF app works best.
Can I print it?
Yes. It's designed for US Letter paper — print at Actual size (100%). Planners, logs and notes pages are made to be reused, so print spare blank copies before you write on the first one.
Does ElderlyDaily see what I type?
No. It's a PDF on your own device. What you type is stored only in the file you save. If you store it in a cloud service, that service's privacy settings apply.
Can the whole family use it?
It's licensed for one household. Share the pages your parent agrees to with the family members helping with their care.
Is this medical or legal advice?
No. It organizes information you copy from official records and healthcare professionals. Always follow your parent's healthcare team, and in an emergency call 911.
How do I get it?
Instantly after purchase — a download link by email and in your Gumroad library.
