Good to know
Who is this for?
Anyone keeping track of their own health or a parent’s: medicines, readings, appointments and what to do in an emergency.
Can I fill them in on my phone?
Yes, with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app. On a computer, use Chrome, Edge or Acrobat Reader and save after each entry. Or print them and write by hand.
What paper size?
The two logs and the recovery planner come in US Letter and A4. The binder is US Letter.
Do the logs tell me what my readings mean?
They include general reference ranges from the American Heart Association and the NIDDK, with space for the targets your own doctor gives you. They never tell you to change a medicine.
I already own one of these.
Gumroad does not take off what you paid before, so the bundle makes most sense if you do not own them yet. Reply to your receipt email with any question.
Are the logs dated?
No. Each month has a space for the month and year, so you can start any time.
