Good to know
Which plan should I start with?
If standing is hard, start with Chair Tai Chi or Chair Yoga: almost all of both is done seated. Tai Chi Walking has a seated version of every move too.
What do I need?
A sturdy chair without wheels, and for Tai Chi Walking a kitchen counter or other steady support to hold. Nothing else.
Where are the videos?
Tai Chi Walking comes with 6 follow-along videos, and Chair Yoga includes a Follow-Along Player you can use on a laptop, tablet or TV.
Is it safe for me?
These are gentle routines, but check with your doctor before starting any new exercise, especially after a fall or surgery, or if you have a heart condition. Stop if anything hurts.
I already own one of these plans.
Gumroad does not take off what you paid before, so the bundle makes most sense if you do not own them yet. Reply to your receipt email with any question.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. Print what you need for your own use, or fill in the trackers on screen.
