Most chair tai chi printables give you words. This one shows you.

Tai chi is a path, not a pose. So every movement is drawn in two or three frames, with arrows for where the hands travel.

Questions people ask

Is anything posted to me?

No. It’s a PDF you download straight after paying, then print at home as often as you need.

I’ve never done tai chi. Will I manage?

Yes. It’s written for complete beginners, every movement is done sitting in a sturdy chair, and Week 1 starts with just three movements.

How long does a session take?

About 10 minutes in Week 1. The full routine — warm-up, all eight movements and cool-down — takes about 20 minutes.

Is it suitable for someone with limited mobility?

The movements are slow, gentle and seated, and the guide explains who should check with a doctor first. It’s a movement guide, not medical treatment.

Can I use it on a tablet instead of printing?

Yes. The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and both US Letter and A4 versions are included.

See every movement. Start this week.
